I am a certified Behavior Change Specialist and I can help you develop goals and strategies that will result in success. 91% of New Year's Resolutions don't result in real behavior change. Developing realistic health goals are more likely to have successful results using Research Based Behavior Change programming with accountability. Changing behavior is difficult but it can be done. Invest in yourself and get on track for more energy and self confidence! Programming includes: 4 progressive sessions of Motivational Interviewing (approximately 30 min each) In the sessions we will work on: Developing a full and complete goal framed for success Strategies for overcoming the most common obstacles Techniques for accomplishing the goal in line with your life commitments Accountability: The level of check-in, emails, texts, phone calls, and video chat will be determined based on the level of accountability that you want. Frequency of communication and time of day will also be determined by how much accountability you want and when it will be most helpful for you. We will work together to find the level of accountability that pushes you but doesn’t feel harassing. I want what you want and as your coach I will be by your side but never smothering! Encouragement and follow up Positive reinforcement with gentle nudges and reminders can make the difference for success or surrender when it comes to health change. We will continually ignite and fan the flames of your motivation We will fully understand the ‘why’ behind your goal and use that as fuel No judgment and no scolding I know very well that true behavior change comes with positive reinforcement. It is very normal to have set backs, missed commitments, waning motivation, etc. As you personal behavior change coach I will be there to help you get right back on that horse. We will work by the Japanese concept of resilience - fall down 7 times and get up 8. 12 Week Challenge: Accountability Level 1 includes: 4 motivational interview sessions, weekly phone conversation, monthly video chat, 3 check-in texts per week 12 Week Challenge: Accountability Level 2 includes: 4 motivational interview sessions, 2 weekly phone conversations, 2 monthly video chats, 5 check-in texts per week 12 Week Challenge: Accountability Level 3 includes: 4 motivational interview sessions, 3 weekly phone conversations, 3 monthly video chats, 5 check-in texts per week
Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel a training session, no problem. If your cancellation is at least 24 hour in advance of our scheduled session we will re-schedule the session with no cost to you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge for the session. By accepting this policy you consent to and authorize the use and/or reproduction by Flow Dojo and/or any other authorized representative or third party of any photos, videos, or any future formats in which you appear for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or restriction. All such photos, videos, or other formats are acknowledged to be the sole and complete property of Flow Dojo and/or other authorized representatives. Of course this sounds very harsh, but if we were using a photo or video with you in it and you were really bothered by it just send us an e-mail and I'm sure that we would be happy to remove it or edit it. We really are nice human beings - not robots.
