Service Description

This course will give you basic tools to defend yourself while increasing strength, cardio, agility, balance, and flexibility. Your body is powerful! Learn how to utilize your strongest weapons against the weakest points on an attacker. Even if you never get attacked these exercises and drills will protect your body through greater joint mobility and flexibility. New movement challenges your brain/body coordination and the benefits are significant. Plus - the best part is that we will have a lot of fun.
