Service Description

I will send you exercise sessions to be completed when you want. We will check in once per week to discuss progress and any challenges or questions that you have. I will custom design a progressive exercise program for you based on your fitness goals, reported rate of perceived exertion, ability to complete the assigned exercises, and principles of strength gain. These online sessions will also help you to improve upon the other pillars of health - diet, sleep, stress reduction, and hormone optimization. I will send you videos and articles based on scientific research to help you develop a life style that maximizes your energy and vitality. We will work together to help you through challenges, create supportive accountability, and help you get back on track if you have struggles and setbacks (we all have setbacks on this journey!). Fall down seven times and get up eight - I will be your coach and confidant at your side. Let me serve as your guide on this journey.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens and sometimes you need to cancel a training session, no problem. If your cancellation is at least 24 hour in advance of our scheduled session we will re-schedule the session with no cost to you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a full charge for the session. By accepting this policy you consent to and authorize the use and/or reproduction by Flow Dojo and/or any other authorized representative or third party of any photos, videos, or any future formats in which you appear for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or restriction. All such photos, videos, or other formats are acknowledged to be the sole and complete property of Flow Dojo and/or other authorized representatives. Of course this sounds very harsh, but if we were using a photo or video with you in it and you were really bothered by it just send us an e-mail and I'm sure that we would be happy to remove it or edit it. We really are nice human beings - not robots.
